What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is when you, as the customer, purchase a product before it is officially in stock or readily available for shipping. As a small, sustainable, and eco-conscious brand, pre-ordering allows us to produce only what is purchased from you. This means every garment is made specially for each of you. By pre-ordering, you can secure and reserve your desired items in advance, even if they are not yet in stock or ready for immediate delivery. 

Is everything Pre-Ordered?

Currently, every garment is made to order (a.k.a pre-ordered), but as we grow, this will change. Thank you for your understanding. 

When will my Pre-Order be posted?

If you order with us before the 17th of December, we will have your order shipped within 2-3 weeks. If you order with us after the 17th of December, your order will be shipped in mid-to-late January. This is due to manufacturing and clothing supply shutdowns over Christmas. Each piece is currently made to order, so we hope you understand xx. 

Can I cancel my Pre-Order or change my shipping address?

Yes, we understand things change. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been fulfilled for a full refund. And you can also update your shipping address anytime before your order has been fulfilled.
